  I just feel lucky that, so far, I'm not in the fetal position next to my toilet. This place is REALLY sketchy in terms of atmosphere, presentation, sanitation, quality and just overall satisfaction. It felt like I was dining in a nursing home, which wouldn't have been that bad if everyone wasn't glaring at my family and I. Clearly this is some sort of "club" that I infringed upon just trying to get a quick dinner. I have paid less for an oil change and would have preferred to chug some good oil over the deflated salad bar, greasy meat and cranky menu. I'm serious, if you aren't making good on a lost bet, or fulfilling a dare, just go fry up some roadkill.

  I can't believe some reviews here!
  
  It is what it is...AYCE cafeteria-style cooking. Either I went on a good night, or some of these reviewers have never been to a true, 1-star buffet before. This place is 10x better than most buffets, and I found the staff friendly.
  
  Greasy? Yes.
  Salty? Where's my water?!
  Tasty? Yup. Especially the baked spaghetti!
  
  I'd eat here before the Corral, hands-down. A buck or two more, and it doesn't stink like a wet dishrag (as almost all Golden Corrals seem to).
  
  My biggest complaint? They allow children to dine there.

  The Prime Rib was spot on. The staff was friendly and attentive...we'll recommend... Although they say it is not all you can eat on carved meats...no one in our party was turned away from multiple returns....

  Good food. Cheap. Went in to this place while traveling between Raleigh and Charlotte. We stopped in around 2p thinking it wasn't going to be good being later than lunch time. The place was surprisingly crowded and food was hot and fresh. Tops Golden Corral by far. Veggie bar was awesome. Tasted like there was some actual country cooking applied to everything. I'd go back if I traveled on I-85 again.
